Campers, before you come to Camp, you'll choose 6 skills you want to try! You'll do 3 skills each day for about an hour each. Skills are a chance to challenge yourself to get better at something or try something totally new you've never done before.


Those campers who have finished the 6th grade (Choctaw and up) are taught how to increase their fitness level in this skill. The class promotes aerobic fitness through running, jogging, stretching, and warm-ups. Instructors utilize games and competition to make the skill engaging. This is also geared to make a healthy lifestyle part of their home routine.
