Help Us Find the Right People — And Get Paid for It!

We’re always looking for college-aged men and women who love Jesus and love kids. Our ministry simply isn’t possible without the right people on our team — and that’s where you come in.

If you know someone who would thrive at Camp, we want to meet them. In fact, we’re so serious about finding great staff that we’ll pay you $500 for every new staffer you bring.

$500 for each referral

How It Works:

1. You and your referral must both work the full summer.

2. Your referral must be brand new to Camp — they cannot have attended as a camper or served as staff before.

3. They must list you as a referral on their staff application. If they list multiple names, we’ll split the bonus accordingly.

4. Guys can refer girls and vice versa! If you refer someone to work at either Ridgecrest or Crestridge, you are eligible to receive the referral bonus!

5. Your bonus will be added to your final paycheck this summer.
