Bodie was a camper for a few years, and this will be his 2nd summer on staff here at Ridgecrest. He served as a Leatherwood junior counselor last summer, and he is excited to return as a counselor! Bodie is from Orlando, Florida, and he plays soccer at Covenant College.
What's something you've always wanted to try but haven't had the chance to yet?
If anyone gives you 10,000 to one on anything, you take it. If John Mellencamp ever wins an Oscar, I am going to be a very rich dude
With 4 years to train, what Olympic sport could you most likely medal in?
fortnite
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would you eat?
I would probably eat a plate of pasta with ham
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
looking forward to being back at the place I love the most. i’m excited to see some of the guys I worked with last year but i’m so pumped to see some of my old campers come back and continue to watch them grow alongside the ones i’ll have very soon!
What is your prayer for the summer?
my prayer for the summer is for energy for every single staff member and that our message can be given to these kids in the best way possible. above all I pray that the message can be received by campers. as a counselor there isn’t anything that makes us happier than to see a camper listen to what camp offers and they choose to receive it and make something of it. it’s truly special
