This will be Carter's fourth summer on staff. He previously served as a Thunderhead counselor (2022) as a Highland counselor (2023), and as the Thunderhead Tribal Leader (2024). This summer he is returning as the Program Director! Carter is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill.

Meeting new people and giving kids the best summer possible!
What is your prayer for the summer?
My prayer is that staff will come in with a desire and passion to share the gospel, and kids will come in with an open mind to hear the gospel and have their lives transformed.
