This will be Carter's fifth summer on staff. He previously served as a Thunderhead counselor (2022) as a Highland counselor (2023), as the Thunderhead Tribal Leader (2024), and as the Program Director this past summer (2025). This summer he is returning as a Tribal Leader. Carter plans to graduate from William & Mary with his Master of Accountancy this spring.

What are you most looking forward to this summer?
To have fun with a new tribe and build relationships with kids that are coming to know Jesus
What is your prayer for the summer?
That campers would come with open hearts and open minds and counselors would come with a passion to share the gospel
