This will be Sam's 2nd summer here at Ridgecrest. He served as a Rattlesnake counselor last summer and is ecited to be back as a counselor again this summer!
If you could be an expert in any field, what would it be?
Cooking, so I could consistently chef it up.
If you could bring 3 items on a deserted island, what would they be?
Bible, water purifier, axe
What is your favorite form of potato?
Mashed potato’s. Needs no explanation.
What are you most excited for this summer?
I’m most excited to come back as a counselor to continue to create memorable experiences for campers and showing them how cool it is to have a relationship with Jesus. These memorable experiences can vary from blobbing, to camp-outs, and so much more of what camp offers. I’m so stoked in this environment and be around staffers that genuinely have a heart for Jesus and sharing the Gospel!
What is your prayer for the summer?
I pray that this summer every staffer will have 110% energy to pour into these campers and we can glorify his name. I also pray campers and staffers will lean into what God wants to do in their hearts.
